FAST TRACK ASSIMILATION COACHING


Brentwood International’s comprehensive Fast Track Assimilation Coaching service supports newly hired or recently promoted individuals to become productive contributors early on in a new position or culture. The assessment and coaching is action oriented, and allows the individual to quickly adjust to the new position maximizing their chances for success and achieving top performance within the critical first six months. 

Brentwood International offers this service to all newly hired or promoted individuals or emerging leaders in client firms. The benefit is to equip leaders with the skills and behaviors needed to be effective and well-adjusted within the organization. We coach individuals to achieve their highest level of contribution in our client companies.

Initial work consists of a thorough assessment of leadership behavior, communication style and work/life values, and how these impact the business. We use the results to create strategic plans to strengthen leadership skills, address barriers to growth and modify ineffective behaviors.

The Coaching program is designed as weekly one-on-one sessions with the newly hired or promoted individual to help them settle down and find balance in their new role, and achieve success quickly and effectively.
