How do I submit a resume?

What happens once you receive my resume?
Your resume will be reviewed by one of our search consultants to determine if we are currently working on an assignment that fits your professional background and skills. If we are currently engaged to locate an individual with your background, one of our consultants will contact you to discuss the opportunity in detail.  

If we are not currently engaged to locate an individual with your background, your resume will be placed into out electronic database and sorted according to industry, skill and other appropriate selection criteria. When we are conducting a search that is compatible with your background and interests, you will be contracted by on of our consultants to discuss the opportunity and possible fit.  

Your resume will never be presented to a client without your prior approval and consent.
